WHAT I LOOKED LIKE BEFORE SURGERY (the real BEFORE pics)

So a couple of things with this - 1) I'm lucky I don't get embarassed; 2) I'm glad I'm getting the lipo.  I can make this size 14 look cute in clothing, but out of clothing, I need HELP...Dr. Segev - get ready for me tomorrow!!!
